What do you love about your job?
If you love learning (like I do), finance is a great career. There’s always some new puzzle or topic to master. But my favorite part isn’t the intellectual side, but rather the emotional side. Being able to confidently tell someone they’re OK, everything is fine — that feeling of service is incredible.

What do you do outside of work?
I love spending time with family! My parents and siblings all live here in Las Vegas. I also enjoy cooking big meals for friends and reading books, especially mystery novels (Tana French, Anthony Horowitz) and business histories (David Enrich, Kurt Eichenwald.)

Who are your favorite types of clients?
These days, I focus on our clients’ investment management strategies, working closely with Hannah and Chris, who own the financial planning relationships for our clients. Give me a tricky portfolio to transition, an opportunity for some tax strategy — spreadsheets are my happy place.
